有一个小男孩，他家后面有一天片树林，起风的时候，林中的树叶随风飘飞，有时会飞入厅室和灶间，于是，他的父亲要他每天上学前将树叶打扫干净。
天刚亮就起床扫落叶实在是一件苦差事，尤其是秋冬之际，林间的树叶好像互相约定好的似的，总是不停地落下来。每天花大量时间打扫落叶，让男孩厌倦不已。后来，男孩从别人那里得到一个好主意，那就是扫地之前，先将树使劲儿折摇摇，这样就可以将第二天才会落下来的树叶提前摇下来。如此一来，岂不省了明日之事？这个主意令男孩兴奋不已，于是他起了个大早，扫地之前使劲儿将树摇了又摇，这样，他就把今明两天的落叶全扫完了，那一天他非常开心。
第二天，他起得很早，谁知到林间一看，依然是落叶满地，男孩傻了眼„„
男孩站在满地落叶中，突然大彻大悟——无论今天怎样用力，明天的树叶还是会落下来的啊！那一刻，男孩心中一片澄明，他终于明了：世上有许多事是万不能提前的，活在当下、活在今天才是生命中最实在的态度.
联想
在大学的第一堂生理课上，生理老师提笔在黑板上写了一个大大的“性”字，然后问学生看到这个字联想到什么。
女生们立即脸色通红，而男生则哗然大笑。
老师示意大家安静，然后说：“大家不要笑，联想到了什么就讲出来，不要怕难为情。”同学们又交头接耳了一会儿，一个男学生鼓起勇气举手站起来，说：“我联想到了„„情欲。”同学们一阵大笑。

鼻子
老张是郊外一所小学校的老师。在这学校里，几乎全是年轻女教师，谁也不乐意干冲厕所这臭烘烘的活。老张说：“我来吧，反正我从小有鼻窦炎，嗅觉不大好。”这一冲就是十几年。

乔迁新居，女主人还没收拾完毕，突然停电了，室内一片漆黑。女主人刚摸到蜡烛和火柴，门外便传来了“笃笃”的敲门声。
打开门一看，原来是一个小男孩，他仰着小脸，背着手，“阿姨，你家有蜡烛吗？”
怎么？我刚搬来第一天邻家就支使孩子来借东西这不是欺侮新来的吗？今天借给他家蜡烛，说不定明天又来借葱、借姜、借蒜，不，不行！女主人便说：“哎呀，真不巧，阿姨刚搬来，没准备蜡烛。”说完她就准备关门。
“阿姨，你看，我妈妈让我送来的。”小男孩变戏法似的从背后抽出手，高高地举着两根粗粗的蜡烛。
面对孩子清莹的眼睛，女主人一下惊呆了，继而无力地倚着门，双手捂面，不敢与孩子对视„„
评说玫瑰
一对孪生小姑娘走进玫瑰园，不多久，其中一个小姑娘跑回来对母亲说：“妈妈，这里是个坏地方！”
“为什么呢，我的孩子？”
“因为这里的每朵花下面都有刺。”
不一会儿，另一个小姑娘跑来对母亲说：“妈妈，这里是个好地方！”“为什么呢，我的孩子？”

游向高原的鱼
水从高原由西向东流着，渤海口的一条鱼逆流而行。
它的游技很精湛，因而游得很精彩，一会儿冲过浅滩，一会儿划过激流，它穿过了湖泊中的层层渔网，也躲过了无数水鸟的追逐。它逆行了著名的壶口瀑布，堪称奇迹；又穿过激水奔流的青铜峡谷，博得鱼们的众声喝彩；它不停地游，最后穿过山涧，挤过石罅，游上了高原。然而它还没来得及发出一声欢呼，瞬间却冻成了冰。
若干年后，一群登山者在唐古拉山的冰块中发现了它，它还保持着游的姿势，有人认出这是渤海口的鱼。
一位年轻人感叹道："这是一条勇敢的鱼，它逆行了，穿过远，穿过长，穿过久。
一位老者却为之叹息，说它只有伟大的精神却没有伟大的方向，最后得到的只有死亡。
火车上的故事
这是一个很感人的故事：
有一位老人坐在急驰的火车里，由于不小心，刚买的一双新鞋中的一只被不经意的扔出了窗外。当车厢里其他的乘客都为此替他感到惋惜时，老人却做了一件大家怎么也没想到的事：他把另一只鞋子也扔出了窗外。
"这只鞋对我来说已经没有意义，但我相信刚才捡到一只鞋子的人再捡到这只鞋，它就变得很有意义了！"
