本学期本人继续担任高三年级普通班高三（3）班的英语课，本班学生自高一以来学生基础就很差，在基础知识上，本人进行‘亡羊补牢’但为时已晚矣，在一、二年级时期末考试有个把及格的，也都选入A班，所以一向以来，本人所带的班中期末考试很难见到有学生上90分，大多学生的考分都是在20分以上至60分以下，少部分学生在85分段以下至60分。几乎所有学生都感到英语异常难学，主要原因是他们几乎记不了最简单的单词，语法也没基础，所以对英语学习异常头疼。教师讲课听不懂，所以厌学情绪严重，学习态度上也不正，上课睡觉、搞小动作、玩手机游戏等现象不时出现，英语成绩难以提高。所以开学之初本人既对本班学情进行了认真细致的分析。在本学期日常教学中认真落实因材施教和因人施教的的措施。本学期各方面情景得以改观。
二、把教学计划落到实处。

一、认真钻研教材，继续探索大专英语教学模式，努力提高课堂教学质量。
本学期我担任的精读课虽然不是新课，但我并没有因此马虎。课前认真备课，钻研教材，教学中能总结去年的经验，根据学生具体情况和需求力求在教学内容和方法上有所改进和突破。97（1）班学生经过3+x考试，词汇和阅读基础较好，但听说能力差，语音也存在很多问题。这学期，课堂上我除了加强学生的词汇、造句、翻译等方面的基本功训练，还采用课文复述，看图说话，讲故事，角色表演等形式强化学生的口语水*。课外则通过每周的听力训练和观看教学录象带提高听力水*。每周定期抽查学生的语音作业，及时指出问题，攻破难点。这些方法取得了一定的效果。

It is fascinating that the world in the book reappears in our head.
