　　一、说教材：

　　今天我上课的内容是PEP小学英语Book3Unit 3 My friends A部分的了Let’s leam 和Let’s find out。本册在本套教材中起着个“过渡”这样一个作用，由听说逐渐转向听说读写，逐步渗透书写，对学生提出了新的要求。即四会单词的加入。而本单元的四会单词又是比较难的一单元，本单元主要围绕“我的朋友”即如何描述自己身边熟悉的人来展开的。本节课主要是让学生学习几个描述人物外貌特征的单词或词组，如：long hair， short hair， thin ，strong， quiet。并且能结合句子“He has…，She has…，She is… ，He is…”在生活中运用所学语言。本课教学内容贴近学生生活，比较容易让学生接受，难在单词的灵活运用上以及个别个别单词的发言，如quiet，thin，所以我在安排教学时，把单词和句子结合起来，把单词的运用做作为重点，而不是单纯的认读单词。

　　二、 说教学目标：

　　英语课程标准为旗帜鲜明的提出“以培养学生的创新精神的实践能力为重点，全面推进素质教育”。作为一个英语教师，必须明确英语教学的目的的就是培养学生用语言进行交际的能力。教学的主要任务不是积累知识，而是发展思维。教师在传授知识的同时，更主要的是设法结合学生的生活实际创造交际活动的情景，以增强学生学习英语的兴趣，使他们能积极参与言语实践活动。因此，基于以上观点对知识传授、能力培养、思想教育三者统一的要求在分析教材的基础上我拟定这节课的教学目标为：

　　（二）词不离句、单词与句子教学相结合：每一个单词或词组出现后作相应的运用，以及替换练习，这是一种语言的内化和创造过程，使学生更易接受和理解单词，并有利于单词的运用以及接下来的会话教学。

　　（三）小组学习法：每四、五人一组，在互动中互相启发产生思维的碰撞，同时注意保证每个学生都有机会参与学习、而培养学生和伙伴合作的意识和策略，提高人际交往能力。学生也在独立与合作的交织中调控了自身的学习，变得自信、自强。

　　（四）练习法：最后设置一个读短文和写的练习，让小学英语从听说走向听说读写，为以后的“写”做准备。

　　本堂课我大体上分为四大块；

　　（一）热身和复习

　　安排Let’s do 和 Look and say 。

　　这一过程既是学生复习旧的语言知识，为下一步学习作好铺垫，也是通过TPR活动让学生把所有的注意力集中到课堂中来，为英语学习创造了一种良好的氛围。

　　（二）新课呈现

　　1，运用复习中的旧知引出新知，long hair ，short hair。学生容易接受和理解，并及时运用。In our class。 Who has long hair ？。Who has short hair。？

　　2，运用黑板上的人物图形，紧接着教授strong 和 thin 通过图片中人物的对比学生比较容易理解，并及时运用。Who is strong？ Who is thin？ 用学生身边的人使学生说得亲切，熟悉，更易接受，易于信息的接受和生成。

　　3， Let’s chant 及时巩固新学的两组词汇 long hair， short hair ，strong， thin。 并为下一个单词quiet创造一个情镜，由大声的朗读转为安静的场景。

　　听音共找是比试，以促进其认真听并且积极辩音，又能让学生自觉做到眼、耳、手、脑共到，跟录音则是让学生接触到有英语本土味道，较纯真的语音，模仿地道的语言、语调。这对与我们这些没有在大的语言环境中学习语言的学生来说非常必要，特别是教师本身在这方面有欠缺，更应让学生多听录音。

　　（三）趣味操练

　　趣味操练以My friend为主线来安排：

　　①描述教师的朋友（看图片），让学生会用一个一个句子描述friend的外貌特征。

　　②让学生描述自己的friend，由一个个句子提升到几个句子或是一小段话。经过小组讨论，相互交流，合作学习，学会说一段话。

　　《新目标英语》词汇量大，其中七年级上册有词汇700个左右，下册约450个，八年级上册约450个，下册约400个，九年级全册约500个，合计2500个。词汇量大自然也就增加了教学的难度，但我们又必须让学生掌握，否则难以适应教材的要求。那么我们该采取什么方式来教学单词？

　　实践证明，传统教学中，*讲解和机械操练掌握词汇的方法是不行的。尤其在当前中、小学英语脱节，词汇量大，教学任务重的形势下，我们更应注重培养学生自学的能力。我认为我们应做好下列几点：

　　1、重师范。在教单词时，要求教师自己示范到位，发音清晰，讲解发音要点。同时培养学生认真听，专心看，积极模仿的好习惯。听清后再跟说。确定学生大都听清，模仿正确后，再出示单词卡片，以免分散学生的注意力。对直观的单词配以图片、体态语帮助学生理解。顺利完成音——形——义的逐步过度。

　　2、重情景。单词是构成语言的三大要素之一。人类思维活动是借助词汇进行的。人类思想的交流也是通过由词构成的句子来实现的。没有词汇任何语言都是不可想象的。因此单词具有语言的意义，应在特定的语境中引出，这样既便于学生理解，印象也深刻。

　　3、重迁移。在教学中我们应提倡“新旧贯通”或叫“相互迁移”。其实这也是一个很好的学习方法。如：pen----pencil-----pencil-box,day----today----monday----tuesday----yesterday,all---tall---ball----small等等。

　　1、任务要真实。既要从学生的认知水*和生活实际出发，又要与社会生活紧密相连。如教授八年级上册unit5时，我们可以设计这样的任务：某同学生日要举行一个晚会，邀请各位同学参加，你是接受还是拒绝，用英语又如何表示？班级要召开新年晚会，你如何邀请科任老师？

　　2、任务要可完成。如果设计的任务不可完成，将在很大程度上妨碍学生主体水*的发挥。

　　3、任务要由简到繁，由易到难，层层深入，构建由初级任务到高级任务并由高级任务涵盖初级任务的循环，使教学阶梯式地层层递进。如教授八年级上unit4时，我们可先设计一个这样的任务：

　　反思三、阅读教学

　　现在我们流行这样一种说法：一节课老师最多讲15分钟，剩下的要么是开展活动，要么就是让学生自学。《新目标英语》中每单元至少有两篇阅读材料，我们现在一般都采用阅读教学法，通过发现问题、分析问题、解决问题来获得知识，强调自学与合作学习。那么在课堂教学中教师到底要不要讲？究竟应该怎样讲？

　　叶圣陶先生曾说过：讲当然是必要的，问题可能在如何看待讲和怎样讲。可见教师并不是不能讲，而是要“精要地讲”。再说，只让学生畅抒己见而没有教师精当的讲授和适时的点拨，学生的思维不可能深入；只让学生想象体验而没有教师开启智慧的引导，学生的创新精神很难得到培养；只让学生诵读感悟而没有教师的品词析句，学生的学习势必缺少深度和广度。因此教师作为学生学习的组织者、引导者、促进者，必须从教育规律和学生实际出发，精心设计好自己的“讲解点”。那么，在何时精要地讲呢？

　　1、自读之前启发讲：即在学生自主阅读之前，简明扼要地揭示阅读要求和重点。

　　内容提要：教学反思能力是一个高素质的现代英语教师所应具备的重要能力之一。但这种能力并非与生俱来或随时间流逝自然提高的，它需要教师在实际的教学过程中有意识、有计划、有步骤地加以培养和发展。笔者从自身实践出发，论述了小学英语教师应清楚地认识并确定反思内容，在实际的反思过程中不断提高自身反思水*和教学水*，同时运用正确的方法进行反思活动。

　　《现代汉语词典》中这样定义反思：反思是思考过去的事情，从中总结经验教训。推及到教学中，反思有着更为深厚的内涵。教学反思是教师以自己的教学活动过程为思考对象，来对自己所做出的行为、决策以及由此所产生的结果进行审视和分析的过程，是一种通过提高参与者的自我觉察水*来促进能力发展的途径。

　　有从事英语教学研究多年的学者提出，现代英语教学中，反思能力是一个高素质的英语教师所必须具备的一项能力，其中包括对教学设计的反思，对教学过程的反思，对自身教学行为的反思，对课堂教学群体行为的反思，对教学评估的反思等。可以看出，英语教学的反思，已不简单是教学经验的总结，它是伴随着整个小学英语教学过程的监视、分析和解决问题的活动。

　　显然，这种教学反思能力并不是一项与生俱来的或是会随时间流逝而自然形成的能力。它需要教师有意识地、有计划地自我培养和自我提升。那么，作为一个小学英语教师，怎样形成并发展自身的教学反思能力呢？我想谈谈自己的一些还很粗浅的想法。

　　一． 教师要确定自己需要反思的内容

　　教学反思绝不是通常所说的*冥想式的反思，它并不是一个人独处放松和回忆漫想。古语说"有的放矢"，教学反思应是一种具有指向性、针对性的行为，是一种需要认真思索乃至极大努力的过程。

　　应素质教育之需，英语教育需要一支具有创新能力、熟练的课堂教学技能、高水*的英语专业知识和能力的教师队伍。为此，小学英语教师的反思应包括三种重要成分，即认知成分、批判成分和教师的陈述。

　　认知成分指教师如何加工信息和做出决策。心理学中的图式理论认为，在人的头脑中，大量的相互关联的有关事实、概念、概括和经验的信息被组织成一定的"网络，成为图式，可以有效储存和快速提取，构成了个体解决问题的基础。在小学英语教学中，表现为教师对教学内容的理解，对教学步骤和教学方法的设计，以及在课堂中的教学策略和教学机智等等。教师的认知水*的差异往往造成了他们在这些教学环节的设计和处理上的差异。有人对专家教师和新教师对课堂事件的解释做了对比研究，结果表明，专家教师在教学决策过程中体现出更深刻的、具有丰富联系的图式。这些图式使得他们能够准确判断哪些事件是值得关注的，并从记忆中提取出有关的信息，以便选择最恰当的反应策略。以课堂教学中的教育机智为例，有位外语教师在教cock (公鸡)一词时，有个学生突然怪声怪调地说："有没有母鸡呀？"顿时，全班一片喧哗。教师*静地说："有，不仅有母鸡，还有小鸡这个单词。"接着一一讲解，并表扬了那位学生好学好问，但也批评了他说话的态度。这样机智的处理，既没有干扰正常教学，还使学生掌握了更多的知识，受到了教育。

　　批判成分指驱动思维过程的基础，包括经验、信念、社会政治取向以及教师的目标等，比如教育目标是否合理，教育策略和材料中所隐含的*等与权力问题等。在这种反思中，教师不再像以往只关注解决问题，而是更关注提出问题。小学英语的教学过程中其实时时刻刻离不开批判成分的反思。在各地的教学经验的交流中，我们接收了大量的信息。但是否就不假思索，全盘接受呢？这是一种需要我们去反思的成分。以"拿来主义"为准绳，批判地反思，进而内化，取其可用之处借鉴运用，不符合本地实际的则暂时放下。毕竟不同省份、或一个省份的不同地区之间的小学英语教育水*处于一种并不均衡的状态。在小学英语教材使用上也是如此。不迷信、不拘泥于教材内容，在实际教学过程中对教材提出质疑和可商榷之处的反思能力，也是体现一位小学英语教师个性和素质的地方。

　　教师的陈述则包括教师所提出的问题，教师在日常工作中写作、交谈的方式，教师用来解释和改进自己课堂教学的解释系统等等。教育学指出，教师的表达能力，包括口头语言表达能力、书面语言表达能力、体态语言表达能力是教师必备的基本功之一。尤其作为一名语言教师，考虑到所任教学科的学科特点及小学生的年龄性格特点，则更有必要对自己的课堂陈述进行反思。如是否口齿清晰、是否富有趣味性和感染力、体态语言是否亲切自然等等。而小学英语教师的重中之重则是时时刻刻应不忘反思我是否给了我的学生们准确的英语语音和语调。这是一个老生常谈的问题，但不可回避，它是我们目前的小学英语教学中一个确然存在的问题。上海一所中学曾经作过一项调查，发现有很多学生喜欢英语课是因为喜欢他们的英语教师，包括教师的学识、修养和教师创设愉悦课堂的能力。因此，小学英语教师应尽可能地反思自己的课堂陈述，掌握优美的英语语音语调，形成亲切得体的教姿教态，提升自己的教学风格和教学魅力。

　　二．教师应把握教学反思的过程

　　"实践出真知。" 教师的反思能力应在自身的反思过程中得以形成和提高。以经验学习理论为基础，教师反思过程可分为四个环节：具体经验→观察分析→抽象的重新概括→积极的验证。

　　首先是具体经验阶段。这一阶段，教师在具体教学实践中意识到问题的存在，并明确问题情境。一旦教师意识到问题，就会感到一种不适，并试图改变这种状况，于是进入到反思环节。但教师往往并不容易明确意识到自己教学中的问题。因此，在此过程中，接触到新的信息是很重要的，他人的教学经验、自己的经验、各种理论原理，以及意想不到的经验等都会帮助教师发现问题。

　　接着是观察与分析阶段。教师广泛收集并分析有关的经验，对照自己教学活动的信息，以批判的眼光反观自身。在小学英语教学中，我们可以通过自述与回忆、观察模拟、角色扮演，或借助于录音、录像等来获得信息数据。对它们进行分析，看驱动自己的教学活动的思想观点到底是什么，它与目前所倡导的理论是否一致，自己的行为与预期结果是否一致等，从而明确问题的根源所在。经过这种分析，教师会对问题情境形成更为明确的认识。

　　第三、重新概括阶段。在观察分析的基础上，反思旧的教学指导思想，并积极寻找新思想与新策略来解决所面临的问题。

　　最后是积极的验证阶段。这时要检验上阶段所形成的概括的行动和假设，它可能是实际尝试，也可能是角色扮演。在检验的过程中，教师会遇到新的具体经验，从而又进入具体经验第一阶段，开始新的循环。

　　在我从事小学英语教学的6年中，我感到我时时在经历这样的反思过程。以课堂教学方式的反思为例。最初，为了让学生更好地掌握上课内容，课堂上，我让他们反复地跟读操练课文中的对话和句型，一段时间后，我发现学生们开始失去了热情。上课时，我口干舌燥地教，而他们意兴阑珊地读。我很困惑，是我的教学有问题，还是小学三年级学生的心理特点决定的呢？在很多的英语教学杂志和教学录象中，我看到了不同于我的课堂教学的实例以及由此产生的不同的教学效果。教育部提出的素质教育的大方向更是引发了一场关于英语教学的大讨论。我想此时，我是经历了反思最为重要的两个阶段--具体经验和观察分析。之后，我将自己反思的结果一点一点地运用在我的课堂教学中，我采用游戏法、竞赛法，设计活动课，逐步放开，让学生主动地参与到兴趣盎然的课堂中来。我发现，游戏的加入与活动的增多，非但没有使教学进度滞后，反而因学生参与程度的提高而提高了教学效率和教学效果。当然，在验证的过程中，又出现了不一而足的问题，如小学生注意力的集中时间、活动课堂的管理问题等等，但反复的反思、对照、验证过程中，我感到学生们体验到了英语课堂的乐趣。

　　教学反思毕竟是以教学水*的提高为其归宿的。这种循环往复的反思过程带来教师自身反思水*的提高，也对教师的教学水*的提高有所裨益。当然，在实际的反思活动中，以上的四个环节往往前后交错，界限不甚分明。

　　三．教师应注重教学反思的方法

　　荀子《劝学篇》中说："君子性非异也，善假于物也。"意思是说，好的方法，将可以使我们顺利达到目的。在教学反思过程中，针对不同的问题，我们可以选择不同的方法进行有效反思。

　　（一）反思日记

　　教师的日常工作中，备课和上课是两个互相关联的重要环节。在备课的过程中，教师设定教学目标、设计各个教学步骤和教学方法，其合理性在课堂实践中获得检验。例如在日常教学中，经由学生的群体性反应，如他们的接受程度、参与程度、投入水*等表现，教师会产生某种体验。因此，在一天的教学工作结束后，或在一节课结束后，即时写下自己的体会和感受，并常常自问：我的教学步骤流畅吗？它是以学生为中心的吗？它符合学生的认知特点吗？有效吗？我设计的任务型活动能吸引学生吗？所有的学生都参与了吗？如果没有，为什么？有什么是我可以改进的吗？如何改进？我给了我的学生现成的鱼，还是给了他们钓鱼的方法？我微笑了吗？

　　这种反思方式使教师不断提高自己的课堂陈述水*，并带动认知成分的延伸，帮助教师形成个人教学风格。

　　（二）详细描述

　　教师相互观摩彼此的教学，详细描述他们看到的情景，对此进行讨论分析。在我工作的学校，教师之间相互听课、相互学习的风气很浓厚，课后，教师之间坦率地交换意见和建议，对课堂中的情景热烈而细致的讨论。上课者和听课者之间的这种详细描述式的反思常常能发现许多教师自己*常不易发现的问题。

　　（三）现场讨论

　　在市一级或区一级的教研会上，来自不同学校的教师聚集在一起，首先提出课堂上发生的问题，然后共同讨论解决的办法，最后得到的方案为所有教师及其他学校所共享。

　　小学英语尚处于起步阶段，教师在各自的实践过程中都有各自的体会和方法，但教学中总是存在一些共性的难题。例如20**年1 月，教育部在《小学英语课程教学基本要求（试行）》中指出，小学英语教学应创建"以活动课为主的教学模式"。《小学英语教学大纲》中也明确规定小学英语应首先培养学生的学习兴趣。于是在教学过程中，我们一线的英语教师在这个大方向的指导下展开教学并体会到了它的科学性和实际可操作性。但实际过程中，也产生了种种困惑，如什么样的活动是学生感兴趣的？如何在活动课中有效控制课堂纪律？如何设计更有效的活动模式？等等。这时候，市、区或更大一个范围内的群体反思往往有助于帮助教师解决问题。

　　（四）行动研究

　　教学中，有些问题常常并不是教师的个体反思、实际讨论所能完全解决的。因此，为弄明白课堂上遇到的问题的实质，探索用以改进教学的行动方案，教师与研究者合作进行调查和实验研究。这种反思方法称为行动研究法。美国社会学家勒温认为"没有无行动的研究，也没有无研究的行动"。教育第一线的教师的教学实践活动与受过专门训练的研究者的研究探索活动这种相互支持、交换意见、取长补短的合作，使得实际工作过程变成一个研究过程，研究过程又变成一个理智的工作过程。教师的教学反思是研究的基础和来源，研究的成果又将进一步提高和指导教师的实际工作。

　　一堂课下来，教师有必要对本节课的教学进行小结反思，对教学得失做细致的剖析。记得在教学Go for it!新目标英语七年级下第七单元What does he look like ? SectionA1a-3时，这节课用一课时结束，时间短，容量大，学生会出现混淆现象，能有效突出教学重、难点吗?学生的反应好吗?我用课件展示出三个人的高度，体型，头发，并把黑板分成三块。

　　这种方式一目了然。教学结束后，反思一下整个教学过程，虽不能算十全十美，但教学目标、重难点完成的比较好，而且学生配合也非常好。学生能非常流畅的练习这些句型，甚至可以写出简短的文章。想一想，这和自己上课前做好充分的准备工作是密不可分的。

　　每节课后，我们可以这样反思：

　　课堂气氛好吗?学生对我的上课兴趣大吗?班级成绩会理想吗?什么样的教案才是好教案?什么样的作业才算是好作业?什么样的试卷才是好试卷?有的学生很懒惰，什么都不知道也不愿知道。作业抄袭。 有的学生非常认真，但成绩却上不去。难道学生学习方法不对? 是情感问题还是智力问题?我的教学方法合理、科学吗?

　　课后的反思不仅限于一节课后，也包含教学生涯中的反思。

　　在*时的一节课、一个单元、一次大或小的测验后，或一节公开课后从学生，同行老师的评价的反馈中，我们要静下心来回顾和审视自己的整个教学过程，反思和总结教学的得失与成败。反思自己的教学是否达到预期的教学目标、教学活动是否符合新课程所要求的“沟通”和“合作”、组织教学上有何新招、教法上有哪些创新、启迪是否得当、对知识难点的讲解有无突破、训练是否到位、有何缺憾或失误等等，都要及时记录和收集在自己的教学日志、札记或学生和自己教学的档案上，并作必要的整合和取舍，为以后的教学提供参考和借鉴，以便扬长避短，少走弯路，同时要将这些实践上升为理论，使自己的教学水*提高到一个更高的层次。

　　从教几年来，我一直在思考这样的问题：为什么学生喜欢英语却不喜欢英语课?仔细想想，主要还是该在教师身上找原因。在我们的实际教学中，要用我们先进的教育理念去激发学生的潜能，用我们热情去打动学生，这样的英语课才不愧是有意义的英语课。

　　一、教师要转变传统的教学观念

　　实施新课程，首先要进行的是观念的改革。教师应突破框架，抛弃落后的、违背规律的传统理念 ，尽快树立与新课程相适应的体现素质精神的现代教育观。现在中学英语教材的改革为教师观念的转变奠定了基础，然而考试依旧是教学的指挥棒。作为一名英语教师，应该懂得如何在这两点之间找到一个*衡点，重点培养学生的语言运用能力，让学生在言语运用中学习语言。因此教师要关注学生的全面发展，承认学生是有巨大潜能和个性差异的、活生生的人。英语教师应该改变以往那种让学生跟在 自己后面亦步亦趋 的习惯，引导学生进行自主学习。学生学习的主战场在课堂，课堂教学是一个双边活动的过程。只有营造浓厚的自主学习氛围，唤起学生的主动意识，激起他们的学习欲望，他们才能真正调动自身的学习潜能，进行自主学习，真正成为课堂学习的主人。

　　随着教学的不断发展，新的教学理念对我们英语教师提出了更高的要求 。结合初中英语的教学现状，如何在初中英语课堂上进行有效教学是我们所面临的一个新的挑战。因此 ，在英语课堂教学中，我们英语教师应该运用有效的教学方法进行教学，以收到有效的教学效果。教学方法和教学手段的恰 当选择与发挥，是教师创造性与教育艺术性表现的主要形式。一个教师在挑选各种具体情况下的最佳教学方法的能力越强，那么他的教学技巧与技能就表现得越 出色、越新颖 ，课堂气氛就越活跃，教学效果自然也就越显著。教有定则，但教无定法。教师要根据教学 内容、教学 目的、教学对象和实际条件以及个人的教学风格和特长，确定不同的教学方法。比如，英语教师可以根据初中生爱玩、好动的天性，在课堂上穿插游戏活动，使原本较枯燥、机械的单词学习和句型练习变得生动有趣。因为实物最能吸引学生视线，实人情景更能使他们感到亲切自然、真实可信。教师还可以利用直观教具或电化手段来辅助教学，调动学生的多种感官同时运用，强化他们对所学材料的感知，以提高学生的学习兴趣，让他们加深理解，强化记忆，取得理想的教学效果。

　　学习知识的最佳途径是自己去发现，因为这种发现，理解最深，也最容易掌握其中的内在规律、性质和联系。中学阶段形成英语概念，一种是在大量英语现象 的基础上归纳 、总结得出来的，即实验型概念；另一种是在已有概念、规律的基础上通过演绎推理得到的，即推理型概念。学生只有积极参与教学活动，给他们 以充分的动手、动口、动脑 的时间，经历观察、分析、推理、综合等过程，才能完整地理解英语概念的内涵及其外延，全面地掌握规律的实质。与此同时，学生的思维才能得到真正的锻炼，才能真正体现 出学生的主体地位 。因此，在初中英语教学中，教师可以有意识地精心设计一些对理解课文有帮助，又有趣味的内容，在启发、质疑、解疑的过程中，指导学生自己去尝试发现问题、提出问题，并参与解决问题 ，探索研究问题，努力使学生更多、更主动地参与学习的全过程 ，从而提高学生的主体参与意识和能力。

　　四、教师对学生要有合理的评价

　　英语课堂教学中，评价起着 不可低估 的调节作用 。教师通过评价，能把对学生及其行为的认识和教师的情感倾 向，自觉或不 自觉地传导给学生。评价可 以使学生认识 自我，树立 自信，有助于他们反思及调整 自己的学习过程 。评价可采用测验及非测验形式，*时要重视形成性评价。教师可对学生在学习过程中的表现成绩，及反映的情感、态度、策略等方面进行及时的评价。如口头评价、等级评价、学生之间互相评价等方法。充分发掘学生的进步，鼓励学生 自我反思，自我提高，测验 以学生的综合运用 能力为目标，侧重于学生理解和获取信息，尽量减少客观题，增加主观题。通过评价，学生学会分析 自己的成绩和不足，明确努力方向。教师要善于利用有效的评价方法，捕捉学生学习的闪光点多表扬 ，少批评 ；多肯定，少否定，使每个学生都能在既轻松愉快又热烈紧张的状态下，学习和掌握英语基础知识 。

　　本周讲了两节课后，暴露了许多的问题，尤其是第一节课很不成熟，经过校长的正确点评后，在第二节课中有了进一步的完善，但仍需进一步的反思，需要不断的改进。

　　学生讨论时有少部分同学参与不进去，或者只是参与了一部分的知识点。当然这与同学们的基础有关。在这一点上，我觉得首先让他们参与进去这是第一步。我一直有一个困惑的地方，如果让每位同学都参与展示，就显得课堂有些混乱，也浪费时间。但是如果只让一部分同学展示，另一部分同学就会闲的无事可干。这也违背了我们课改要求共同参与共同提高的初衷。

　　我们的班额通常分为6个小组，老师也就往往铺设6个任务。这6个任务，一开始就分到小组，会使他们没时间讨论其他5个任务，只能在最后其他组展示时共享资源。有的老师认为让全体同学讨论6个任务，大约在10到15分钟，然后再分任务到小组内，我感觉这样容易完不成本节课任务。因此一直处于探讨中，希望大家提出比较合适的方法。

　　我们现在上的都是复习课，学生必须在课前进行充分的复习。否则，一节课把一个单元复习好不现实，这就需要老师课前课后布置适当的作业。

　　一、了解学生，创设情境。

　　在我们的小学英语课上过多的强调了情景的创设，甚至是为了情景而情景，以至于产生了虚假的情景。很多老师抱着在这样的情景中给孩子们以自然习得英语的期望，原本就是无本之木，无源之水，显然是不切合实际的。在40分钟的英语课上，老师用外语授课的时间到底有多少，学生能开口说外语的时间又有多少?有多少学生的家庭有外语环境，有多少学生父母懂外语，学生在课余时间主动或被动接触外语的机会又有多少?我们尽可以看到一些十分成功的小学英语教学观摩课，在这些观摩课上英语教师和学生配合的天衣无缝，听说读写的操练样俱全，加上朗诵，短剧，多媒体演示，教学者为之兴奋，听课者为之激动。然而，在一年365天的外语教学中，这样的课又有多少呢?这本帐，从事英语教学的一线教师心中应该是很明白的。

　　二、小学英语教学应较多地采用采用认知法，而不是直接法。

　　直接法即大量接触真实的语言，进行真实的交流，靠大量重复模仿，强化记忆，养成习惯。视听法、听说法、交际法都属于直接法。以直接法为主进行教学，一定要有语言环境，要有高水*的师资，班额要小，学习和使用英语的机会要多。认知法不排除模仿，但由于缺乏语言环境，学习途径主要是通过理性思维，学习语音、语法、词汇知识，掌握语言规则，指导听说读写，举一反三，形成可持续发展的语言能力。英语在*是外语，*学生学英语，不论是小、中、大学，都不能采用二语教学类型，而要以语言知识为拐杖，在运用经验学习的同时，要注意理性认知;对于小学生尤其要培养他们可持续发展的语言学习能力，不能排斥语言知识。 而在我们现实的小学英语教学中，有限的师资力量，教师水*的相对低下，语言环境的缺乏，大规模的班级授课，都告诉我们直接法的教学方法不适合目前的小学英语的教学实际。

　　三、靠持续不断的语言知识，而不是“玩”来培养学生持久的兴趣。

　　小学英语教学是要重视培养兴趣，但不能单靠唱歌游戏去学习，因为培养兴趣主要是为了学习英语。小学生学习英语不是英美的移民学习英语，则只有不断学到语言知识，提高语言能力，满足他们的成就感，才可能培养持久的兴趣。而目前小学生每周只有两节的英语课，单靠唱歌游戏不能培养学生持久的兴趣。新鲜劲儿一过，孩子们就会厌倦。所以，唱歌游戏应该作为小学生学习英语语言知识、技能的一些手段，而不是培养兴趣的手段。我们可以采用多种手段帮助小学生在记忆力强的时期多记单词，多学习语言规则，并尽可能多创造模仿的机会，提高学生的语音和语调。在英语学习中，听、说、读、写、译五种能力是可以互补的。真正做到听说先行，读写跟上。光听说不读写，很难收到高效。只靠模仿不培养学习能力，也难减轻学习负担。所以小学生还是应当认真进行语言学习。不断反思，集体讨论，积极了解讯息是我们现代教师必须作到的功课，我们的不断积累和成长才能帮助孩子们更好的进步。

　　在小学的英语教学的过程中，很多教师为了培养学生对英语学习的兴趣，经常会利用游戏，因为游戏受到学生的喜爱。课堂上唱唱跳跳，说说演演，形式花哨，十分热闹，使学生在快乐中接受教师预设的价值取向。但时间一久，我们不难发现：很多学生原有的最初的学习热情急剧下降，原始的兴趣正逐渐地不复存在，他们会因为有些游戏的重复，而显得无精打采。在课堂教学中经常会遇到这样的情况：课前教师不遗余力的精心设计游戏组织来吸引学生兴趣；课上学生走来走去，又是叫又是跑，甚是热闹，这样的教学次序直接影响教师的教学流程，教学环节流于形式；往往一堂课后，学生懵懵懂懂，一知半解；长此以往，学生捧着课本迷惑地望着你，不知道自己到底要学习和掌握书上的哪些内容。究其原因不难发现，课堂环节安排不合理，所学的知识没及时巩固，知识没能螺旋上升，直接导致教学的畸形，学生的学习成绩往往大家都不满意。

　　面对如此频频告急的教学危机，这不能不引发我们的反思。

　　我个人认为，小学英语教学关键要重视培养学生对英语学习的兴趣，但不能单靠说说唱唱 ，演演玩玩，那样会让学生形成误解，认为学习英语就是这样的。我们培养学生的兴趣主要是为学习和掌握英语，游戏只能作为小学生学习英语语言知识的手段。因此，我们在激发学生对学科兴趣的过程中，不能只停留在课堂表面的“活”，“乐”，“玩”中。我们更要注重学科本身，从学得后产生的成功体验来不断滋长兴趣，挖掘学生学习的内驱力。

　　我们大家都懂得：语言知识本身具有的魅力，才是学生持久学习的驱动力，才是用之不尽，取之不绝的能源。为此，我认为游戏作为帮助学生学好english/’>英语的一种有效教学形式，要真正发挥其辅助教学的功能，达到寓教于乐，在教学中我们应该做到如下几点：

　　一、 面向全体，分层教学

　　在游戏教学过程中，不可回避的如何对待优中差生。我们设计的游戏要注重面向全体学生，难度适中，让大家都参与。可以根据学生的个人素质，性格特点，记忆力，反应速度等，在心中把全班分三组，因材施教，分层要求，以求最有效的激励机制促学生不断上进。 在激发他们的主动参与亲身实践中，培养他们的独立思考和合作探究的创新精神，实践能力，无形中调动学生的言语资料库。在实践中他们学会自我评价，由此产生的成就感又转化为无穷尽的学习后继力。

　　二、组织得法，严谨有序

　　做好游戏的组织工作，做到有条不紊，活而不乱。小学生天性ai游戏，争强好胜，有些学生做起来容易忘乎所以，甚至在课堂上，有时会情不自禁地高声喊，因此，首先，有开始游戏之前讲清规则 。纪律要求，评分标准，防患未然。在游戏过程中即使还出现一些混乱，要能理解学生的心理，不一味批评，而是积极讲清楚，在集体活动中，大家应该遵守规则。

　　三、 适时适度

　　我认为不能力求面面俱到，游戏过多，而忽略了主要教学内容的讲授和训练，喧宾夺主，把english/’>英语课上成游戏娱乐课，那就适得其反了。课堂游戏应该为课堂教学服务，当他成为一种摆设，或者是为游戏而游戏的时候，课堂游戏就失去了他的魅力了.

　　通过这次新课标远程培训让我意识到：新课改倡导全人教育，强调课程要促进每个学生身心健康的发展，培养学生良好的品质和终身学习的能力，新课改提倡交流与合作、自主创新学习，课程改革的成败关键在于教师，教师是课程改革的实施者。

　　通过这几年的教学经验让我意识到，在英语教学中还存在一些不足，有待改善，如下；

　　一、面向全体学生，为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。

　　每年开学初，老师都要制定培优辅差计划，我觉得培优辅差固然重要，更重要的是还要看好中等生。中等生不是上进就是落下成为差生，这关系着全体学生的学习状态和效果。比如，每场考试下来，老师总是迫不及待想知道优生的成绩，错在什么地方，面对面评讲。剩下的学生就泛泛评讲。这样导致中等生跟不上节奏，一而再再而三，失去了信心，然后退步。我认为，中等生更需要老师的关注与耐心的指导，老师要多多鼓励他们。只要中等生进步了，既可以带动差生，又可以促进优生，以达到教学面向全体学生的目的。

　　二、在教学过程中注重学生的听力的能力

　　以往在训练的过程中都采取先让学生阅读听力材料，理解其大意，再进行听力，结束后直接评讲。其实这样的方法只适用中等以上的学生，更不足的是，这样的训练很机械、导致知识不连贯，没有达到听力能力的培养。这次培训让我们懂得了听力应该注重听前、听中、听后的培养。 听前让学生进行热身活动，熟悉话题；熟悉相关词语和句型；接受背景信息；提出需要解决的问题，明确具体任务。听中让学生听信息，排顺序；听信息，列项目；听信息，补全文字；听并画图；听并制作；听并填空；听写；听并记笔记；听指令，完成系列动作；听并选择；听并匹配。听中的任务设计要由浅入深，层层递进，由一般到具体，任务要以获取信息为主，同时要有对归纳、推断等思维能力的培养。听后让学生口头回答问题；小组讨论；模拟对话；复述或转述所听内容；作出书面回应；总结要点；改变所听内容；表达个人感受和观点。

　　三、对学生进行有效的评价

　　以往在教学过程中，我们特别注重教学内容和教学效果，完全忽略了对学生的评价。其实，评价可以使学生认识自我，树立自信，有助于反思及调整自己的学习。对学生回答问题过程中的表现及改进的成绩，给予口头评价、书面评价并鼓励他们大胆的去说。学生考完试后，让学生自我反思，分析自己的成绩和不足，明确今后努力的方向，争取下次不再犯同样的问题。让学生相互之间相互评价，找出优缺点，互相促进学习。

　　四、英语教学资源的利用与开发

　　为了提供丰富的课程资源，开拓教和学的渠道，更新教和学的方式，使英语教学更加真实、生动、开放和灵活，英语课程应该充分开发和利用学校资源，如图书馆、语言实验室、音像设备等基本和常规的教学设施。教育行政部门和学校要尽可能创造条件，为英语课程提供电视机、录像机、计算机、VCD、DVD、投影仪等多媒体设备。应尽可能创造条件，设置视听室等，向学生开放，为学生的自主学习创造条件。教师要根据实际教学条件，创造性地利用黑板、白板、卡片、简笔画、教学挂图、模型、实物等传统和常规媒体。计算机和网络技术为学生个性化学习和自主学习创造了有利条件，为学生提供了适应信息时代的新的学习模式。通过计算机和互联网络，学生可以根据自己的需要选择学习内容和学习方式，使学生之间更有效地相互帮助、分享学习资源。因此，各级教育行政部门、学校和教师要积极创造条件，使学生能够充分利用计算机和网络资源，根据自己的需要进行学习。有条件的学校还可以建立自己的英语教学网站，开设网络课程，快速搜索、科学组合、分类整理和加强合作，进一步增加学习的真实性、开放性和实效性。

　　总之，这次新课标的培训使我受益匪浅。名师的专题学习项目，优秀教师的案例分析，同仁的相互研讨，以及老师在我们的学习过程中对我们的耐心指教，让我们边学习边反思。这使我在今后的教学方面不断的成长起来，更新观念，与时俱进。

　　我在课堂上，当学生正确回答问题时，我常常进行鼓励，这是帮助初学者克服英语学习的良好方法。而且任何鼓励都会使儿童感到高兴。我在课堂上大胆使用鼓励，可以鼓励全班，也可鼓励某一小组或某一学生。学生在开展个人活动、小组活动时，可以到学生中间去，鼓励和帮助某一个学生、某两个学生、或某一组学生，这种做法是比较好的。

　　对学生的书面作业，我也经常给予鼓励，不仅可以写上“Good!Very good!”等，还可以贴上一张表示鼓励的小粘贴画。对于学生书面作业中的错误应给予纠正，让学生感到你在意他们的书面作业。

　　对于大部分学生来说，背诵英语单词很困难。好多学生背诵了很多遍了仍然记不住，有一次学生来找我背单词，当提问到bath这个单词时，他忘记了汉语意思，于是我就提醒道：这个单词跟澡堂有关。他就是游泳的意思，后来我就反问道：你会在澡堂游泳吗？他突然想起来了，说是洗澡。等到提问doll这个单词时，他又忘记了汉语意思，于是我说这个单词一般是小女孩比较喜欢的东西，男孩一般都喜欢汽车，飞机，模型之类的，小女孩一般比较喜欢什么，他说娃娃。我想这种对话联想式的提问，要比死记硬背好得多，以前遇到学生忘记汉语意思的时候，我要么等他想起汉语意思，要么等的不耐烦了直接帮他把汉语意思说出来。帮助学生想起汉语意思要远比我帮他说出来要好。还有就是对待学生还是要有耐心，有时候等的不耐烦就等不及学生自己想起，自己就把答案说出来，而不是想办法让学生自己想起。这是我本周的反思。

　　紧张的高三教学已过大半，回顾反思过去的工作如下：

　　一、合理制订并完善教学复习计划

　　要想搞好高三英语教学，没有合理的教学和复习计划是不行的。我对《高中英语新课程标准》和《考试说明》及历年的高考试题认真研究，深刻领会其中的精神，把握测试要求，分析好高考知识点的考查内容和测试角度，明确高考发展的变化趋向，制订切实有效的复习计划，并在教学的过程中不断改进和完善。我从以下两个方面入手帮学生备考。

　　二、立足课本，精选练习，巩固强化基础知识。

　　复习伊始，全面重点复习高一高二教材的语言点，强调学生掌握课标词汇，并适当扩大词汇量的积累。重点对语法知识进行系统的复习并辅之以相应的配套练习材料，及时讲评;同时教会学生利用语境做好情景交际题;并让学生建立相应的错题集，减少错题再错机率，做到真正掌握所学知识，灵活解题，以不变应万变。

　　三、加强高考题型的专项训练，提高学生应试能力。

　　单项选择、完形填空、阅读理解、书面表达的限时训练贯穿高考复习的始终。 针对单项填空的特点，对单项填空强化训练，且注意及时讲评，进行归纳总结，并引导学生加强探讨，设立错题集。尤其对解题方法进行重点讲解。我精选近几年各地的高考选择题给学生练习，让学生熟悉并掌握高考主要考查的重要句型。?

　　完形填空：侧重完形填空方法指导及训练。我从以下几个角度来引导学生：从惯用法和固定搭配的角度来分析;从上下文的角度来分析;从文章的中心句、关键句、关键词来分析作者的观点和态度;从词汇的意义和用法的角度来分析;从逻辑推理、常识等角度来分析。

　　书面表达：让学生明确高考书面表达的五档评分标准。尽可能对学生的书面表达详批详改，整理归纳，针对不同的学生给予合理的指导，对全体学生有明确的要求：1) 句型繁简适度2)有闪光点，要有较高级词汇和较复杂语言结构3)开门见山，层次分明，承上启下4)细读提示，写全要点5)书面干净、整齐、规范。同时让学生背诵范文，做好语言积累。

　　四、实施分层次教学，注重辅差导优。

　　针对学生的现状，实施分层次教学，因材施教，对优生和差生分别组织辅导，让优生更尖，让差生跟得上。结合教学实情，科学辅导分不开的，我希望这次的反思，能为今后成功开展工作提供借鉴，力争使我校的英语教学质量在下一届的高考中再创辉

　　五、适时模拟，查漏补缺

　　我认真分析历年来的高考试卷，在此基础上精心选编几套高质量的适应性试卷进行模拟测试，并在每次模拟考试后进行认真讲评，并做好最后的归纳工作。我将学生在以前所做的试卷中普遍存在的错题进行分析归类，重新编制成试题，让学生再练，我不厌其烦地为学生分析指导错误根源，提高学生识别错误的能力和语言领悟能力。并要求学生不断回头看以前自己做过的作业和错题集，减少错误再现率。

　　六、强化信心，树立自信

　　英语教学质量能否取得突破，最终取决于学生的努力程度和学习潜能的发挥。对于大多数学生来讲，考试制胜的关键就是要做到心理稳定、思路清晰，在心理、思维、体力等方面保持稳定，从容应对各种题目，最终取得优异成绩，享受成功的喜悦。因此，从一进入高三复习就应注意学生心里健康方面的教育，从生活上、学习上关心学生，多与学生聊天、交流，教给学生自我调节放松的方法，指导家长帮考生营造一个轻松的家庭环境，尽量帮助学生消除不良的心理因素，注重学生良好学习习惯的培养和正确学习方法的指导，树立起学好英语的必胜信心。

　　七、培养学生的自学能力，激发学生学习英语的兴趣

　　只有通过辅导学生掌握一套科学的学习方法，并培养学生的自学能力，才能使学生的学习积极性和主动性得以发挥。具体包括：培养学生的预习能力，各种方法掌握英语基本知识的能力，学生自己整理所学知识的能力。另外，自学能力的提高还得益于大量的独立阅读，在教学培养学生的学习兴趣增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学习中产生两极分化。具体做法是把语言教学与日常生活联系起来，上课可以结合时事、热点，给学生讲有关政治、历史社会等各方面的新闻、幽默等。

　　八、略感遗憾与不足的方面：

　　1. 对学生的学法指导方面仍有不足，所以，我想，在以后的教学中，应重视学法指导，更应重视“指导”之后的实践，让学生切实掌握学习及解题方法，使他们的学习效率达到事半功倍的效果，而不是相反。

　　2. 在试题的选择方面还有所欠

　　缺，还没有正真达到“教师走进题海，让学生跳出题海”这样一个状况。
