你们好！请接受我们对您无私帮助的由衷感谢及敬意！我们的同学袁吴正，来自于云南省陆良县大莫古村，系云南大学06级旅游管理专业的学生，曾获得过“云南省优秀毕业生”的嘉奖。刚刚走出校园，踌躇满志的他，本该和我们一样，带着青春的激情和梦想，在人生新的阶段大展宏图。然而一场大病却突然降临到他的身上：XX年10月，袁吴正出现持续发热、出血症状，并最终被确诊为急性白血病。
突降这样的恶性疾病，对一个农村家庭来说无疑是晴天霹雳。袁吴正的父母均以务农为生，家中还有一妹妹在湖南读大学，家庭条件并不宽裕。本指望袁吴正毕业之后能早日反哺家庭，却不曾料想，无常的命运竟给了他们最残酷的一击。
自袁吴正入院接受治疗至今，先后接受了7次化疗，各项开销达17万元之多。高额的医疗费用早已掏空这个本就困顿的家庭，并使得袁家债台高筑，后续治疗费用更是无从谈起。
负责袁吴正治疗的医生告诉我们，如不进行骨髓移植手术，袁吴正的生命可能只够维持两个月……然而面对或高达三四十万元的手术及治疗费用，袁吴正的父母也束手无策，终日以泪洗面。此前一直坚持与病魔顽强抗争的袁吴正，甚至也产生了“不想再拖累父母”
的念头。
在得知袁吴正罹患白血病的不幸消息后，身为他同学和朋友的我们，曾在小范围内传递相关信息，也组织过一些捐款和义卖活动。但毕竟能力有限，所募得的钱款对于袁吴正的整个治疗来说，只是杯水车薪。为了能及早帮助袁吴正战胜病魔，我们决定在街头举行义演，希望通过这种形式，让更多人了解袁吴正一家所面临的困境，并借此动员更多的社会力量，为袁吴正的治疗筹措资金。
自XX年6月24日起，我们先后在翠湖公园进行了四次街头义演，汇聚爱心捐款。活动取得了良好的效果，也得到了各界爱心人士的支持和帮助。截至6月30日演出结束，现场爱心义演共为袁吴正筹得善款壹万陆仟陆百壹拾伍元五角整（￥16615.50）。此外，还有一部分朋友通过汇款转账等其他渠道向袁吴正进行了捐助。
翠湖义演期间，许多只此路过或许只有一面之缘的朋友，在得知我们的演出目的后，纷纷慷慨解囊。上至耄耋老人，下至垂髫之童，都向袁吴正伸出了最有力的援手。5角、1元、10元、20元、50元、100元，每一张钞票，每一份爱心都来自于和袁吴正素昧平生的朋友，满载着这一份份至善之爱，传递至我们每个人的心中。
一位大哥在留下2千元后表示，届时如仍缺乏后续手术费，他愿意继续捐助；一名无声的路人从钱包数出10张百元大钞投入捐款箱，便转身默默离去；一个还在高中就读的小兄弟在捐款之后，主动要求
为袁吴正献歌一曲，借此送出他最美好的祝愿；还有许多许多朋友，愿意停下脚步，为袁吴正写上一张充满祝福话语的卡片……这样的故事，这样感动的瞬间太多太多。
虽然这么多爱心捐赠中大多数人的姓名我们无从知晓，但是你们默然却无私的行动完美地诠释了人性中最为光辉的一面。涌动于我们心中的感激之情早已溢出言语的界限，唯有对你们——每一位伸出援手，给予袁吴正捐赠及祝福的朋友们，呈上一声真挚的感谢。同时，也要感谢第一时间对袁吴正病情及我们的爱心义演活动进行报道及转发的媒体朋友们，正是通过你们的媒体扩散，我们才能凝聚更多更远爱的关怀与温暖。
